Hexon Financial Services was founded in 2000 as a two-person, family-run practice — built on a simple idea: that financial advice should be personal, independent, and built to last for decades, not just a single transaction.
Twenty-five years later, that founding philosophy hasn’t changed, even as we have. Today Hexon is a team of 11 financial professionals, each bringing a specific area of focus to the table — from investment strategy and retirement planning to risk, business assurance, and estate structuring. We’ve grown deliberately, adding expertise rather than headcount for its own sake, so that every client still gets the depth of a specialist team with the accountability of a close-knit, independent firm.
That growth has also taken us into new markets. Hexon Fairweather, our specialist division built for airline pilots, was founded by a former airline captain who understood firsthand the unique financial pressures of life in the cockpit — irregular income structures, offshore earnings, loss-of-licence risk — and partnered with Hexon to build tailored solutions around them. It’s a model we’re proud of: take what we’ve learned serving HNW individuals and business owners for 25 years, and apply it with precision to the people who need it most.
Our growth into short-term insurance followed the same pattern. A young, entrepreneurial advisor joined the Hexon team to build a personal and commercial lines offering from the ground up — and in a short space of time has turned it into one of the more formidable short-term insurance operations in our market, backed by strong relationships across a wide range of insurers. It’s another example of how we grow: bring in the right specialist, give them room to build, and let that expertise compound for the benefit of every client who walks through our door.
